Porrrikar or Parrikar whatever his name is.
He is invisible.
He only appears when he can take advantage of the situation to make a
killing.
He has got a useless IIT certificate, of no use to him or any one in Panjim.
OPPOSITION LEADERS have more voice than any one, - why is he not using it?
Because as an opposition leader he does NOT have his hands in the public
purse.
Any improvement of any kind does not and will not benefit him.
The Ruling Govt that gives the Contract will get the bribes, HIM? nothing!!
SO! why should he make a noise?
HE IS A PURE OPPORTUNIST. If there is nothing in it for him he will not
bother.
I might as well elect a goat as my next Panjim MLA.
