Like him or hate him, Rajan Parrikar has a valid point; on the issue of
un-controlled migrant influx into Goa. I just cannot understand, how some
people can understate such a serious issue; which will sink Goa due to its
limited carrying capacity. Surely we understand the unnecessary pressure on
land & resources, with more and more people coming into Goa. Do we allow the
constitution which was never accepted by Goans, to destroy Goa; its land &
Identity? Also, many Goans in Goa have serious reservations, about the lack
of controls on migrants coming into Goa; does this serious issue become a
non-issue just because an Overseas Goan is also speaking out,against the
same?
