He was born on 23.12.1961to late Mr & Mrs.. Shambu/ Mangala Bhise He shouldered the responsibility of supporting his sibblings from very early age at 17 years after completing Std IX at St Bosco's H.S. He joined postal services and served for 43 years, at Margao, including15 years at Chinchinim . He loved his work and worked with love and responsibility.After retitement too voluntarily obliged post office in emergencies .He made avaiable National newspapers ,Magazines by sourcing from Margao.Though a few customers paid in advance ,the outstanding dues was unbearable financial strain A notice to pay in advance or face stoppage of delivery had no effect.The burden of payments of 22K daily for milk was without rewards His commitments to social work is indeed praise worthy.The daily home divery of milk ,newspapers under SAMSON AGENCY for over 40 years, uninterrupted in adverse winter months and rainy season was a sacrifice. The stoppage will also have adverse effects on circulation of 1200 English and 80 Marathi dailies in Chinchinim. I wonder if any one will substitute him .He offered the services of advertisement by floaters in news papers,an affordable cheap publicity to reach out Chinchinim Village The loyal customers and elderly will sadly feel the pain of inconvenience after May 01, 2022 The suppliers admired, respected and trusted him for his honesty and respobsibilty and never once reminded him of dues Ramesh came from disadvantaged family background ,but his success and vertical ascendancy but still wears the robe of humility.He treated everyone with respect and never demanded or reminded of dues, which fact was taken advantage of His wife Mrs.Kalpana .also a retired postal employee supported him and believed in his generosity.His daughter Ms Sweta is an employed Engineering graduate and late Ms Fonal are his proud possessions .
