Wait for the verdict Court gives its order. Admit guilt (by not appealing
against the verdict). Accept and obey court order. Allow demolitions. Then
rebel against the order/demolitions. Demand reinstating or rebuilding of the
demolished structures (back in its place). Hold the state or MPT to ransom
until the demands are met. Some questions needed answers: - What is this?
Another
way of respecting or disrespecting the Court order?...>>>

COMMENT : This is NOT
Democracy! Not civilization! This is POLITICS; and dirty politics. Just like
one of the 40 chors stated recently in the Assembly to register the illegal
migrant
slums on Communidade land as ‘mundkars’.

It is not going to help our uncivilized
people much. The constructions are illegal as they did not exist long before.
They are permanent constructions within the prohibited high tide distance. Even
a owner of land cannot put up a permanent structure within the prohibited
distance.
So, ownership does not matter. The Court follows the Law. The outcome is
predictable. There cannot be a compromise with the Law.
