I am not very expert in this..
Just for you, I took about 25 VCDs from over 300 lot.
for reference purpose
It seems there are recording studios and post recording studios
It also appear that there are some ‘makeshift’ types of Studio too

Just to briefly answer your questions regarding recording studios in Goa.
I did the recording of my album, Classic Goa with Whitney Studio
Margao, Goa in 1999 and also at Napoleon Studio in Juhu, Mumbai
specifically for Lorna's songs from this album. Both these studios were
