Very well done is what we say to Shri. Ramesh Gauns and co. for persisting in this fight to save Goa from the mining mafia.

It is aparent by virtue of Mr. Sujay Gupta making out the report indicting Shri Shyamsundar Pundalik Naik of Varchavadda, Advalpal for taking a packet for cultural activities from a mine owner. Now that he got the fitting reposte as to why the money was given out and how it was disbursed, there will be a counter offensive against the people once again.

We however cannot but think that the vested interests will come up with something like " a large cache of explosives, detonators, hand granades and Koitas etc have been unearthed in a raid in the jungles of Colamb or Satari or wherever just to pin the fake naxalite theory in the minds of the people. And the Goa police will be doing such a bidding from the powerful vested interests, especially when the seeds have been sown by the enterprising LOO Shri. Manohar Parrikar and over-anxiously supported by the Goa Pradesh Youth Congress.

But the people of Goa have already made up their minds on the identity of the enemy of the State and will not be fooled, however much they may try.

The Goa Su-Raj Party warns these vested interests that it is in their own interest that they should desist from all these primitive antics because they will be only fooling themselves. They must remember the Satari incidence and never ever forget it.
