T-BUSH FILMS SET TO SHOOT A HINDI MOVIE IN KUWAIT -gasper crasto / Kuwait
Kuwait: After the successful production of "The Letter" (an award winning short film in English) and "BLACK" (a Konkani language feature film), T-Bush International Films will now be producing a full fledged Hindi feature film (35 mm) titled "KAHIN NA KAHIN". T-Bush International Films was established in 2004 in Kuwait with a humble cause of introducing new talent, developing creative skills and to entertain the masses. The release of its first ever Konkani E-Cinema "BLACK" shot entirely and exclusively in Kuwait was a stepping stone for T-Bush International Films. This film was premiered in Kuwait on 10th August 2007 and had shows which drew huge audiences. However, when the story is true and not just the intimate story of a living person, but a telling reflection of the expatriates, it has the potential to reach and inspire a global audience. "KAHIN NA KAHIN" will be one such story. It has a script about building up relations between India and Kuwait. The film is sure to go globally because of its emotional and trendy concept. With the core finance in place and the production almost confirmed active involvement of a major corporation with global presence to ensure the film reaches the widest possible audience. Most of the production tasks including permissions from various government authorities have been obtained and the auditions have also been completed. T-Bush International Films will be hosting a Muharrat (ceremony to launch shooting the film) on 16th May 2008. Reputed films stars from Bollywood are expected to be present. The event will attract over 1000 corporate partners, renowned business personalities and invitees. T-Bush International Films is registered with "Motion Pictures Producers Association". The dialogues of Kahin Na Kahin are written by renowned Bollywood writer Harish Kotian. The writer was in Kuwait to have a first hand view of the locations, and got to know more and more about the rich country, its culture and wonderful people. The screenplay will be by T-Bush and Harish Kotian while the Cinematography is by Basheer Ali of 'Refugee', 'Border' fame. :::Backing of Indian Embassy, Kuwait::: The Indian Embassy has played a major role in supporting the production of Kahin Na Kahin". He is a writer, director and a versatile actor. Mr. Kazi is the founder of Fankaar Arts theatre group performing in Kuwait since the last 25 years. Hailing from Mumbai, Mr. Kazi has a wide experience of over 30 years in filmmaking to his credit. Earlier, he was associated with Mumbai Doordarshan (India). Some time back when a new public transport City Bus" was started in Kuwait equipped with TV sets, Mr. Kazi was the person who was selected to perform entertainment programmes. Kazi has done commercial ads for a varried range of products. He has performed in various languages and has also acted and produced TV serials. Some of his famous works are: Hanste gaate, Safar yahan se wahaan tak (TV Serials); Toba Tek Singh, Dreamers of Peace, Strugglers (Short Films); Biwi Jawan Miya Pareshan, Wah Re Bambai Wah, Hum Panchi Ek Daal Ke, Hum Zinda Hai (Dramas), etc. Cast of 'Kahin Na Kahin': The film will consist of stars from Bollywood and hidden talent of Kuwait. The entire shooting will take place in KUWAIT.
