Augusto Pinto: Does anyone know more about Sarto Esteves besides what is there on the Net?
Response: Sarto Esteves lives in Chembur, Bombay. He should be in his late 80's if not more. Perhaps if you visit him, you could even get your copy autographed by him which could then become a collectors item. He is a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church which is run by the Redemptorists. Sarto used to be a prolific writer in his younger years. He has written extensively on Goa and Bombay. He was also a regular contributor to the Examiner. He had a good grip on current affairs and his articles were very incisive. Regatds, Marshall
