Which is the only journal listed here with "Goa" in its name? (Guess,
guess, guess... Wrong! It's *Sahakar Goa*) What articles related to
Goa have been published that show up in the online links?

If you're curious to find the answers, go along to The Open Index
Initative, the "Search Engine for Indian Social Science Literature".
At http://oii.igidr.ac.in/

A friend Kussh kwest <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote to me an hour ago:
"The following website http://oii.igidr.ac.in is basically a one man
effort to network and link for free, Institutional libraries in the
country. At present only a few libraries are collaborating and the
site also has some names of library experts using open source or free
softwares but still many don't know about R --the statistics package
or ubuntu.com or even openoffice.org etc. It would be nice if you
could just mention it in your blog or yahoogroups etc."

Sure, I will... not because Kussh requested, but because it seems an
interesting venture all the same. Search for "Goa", which throws up an
interesting (though incomplete) listing. FN
