Jamir consulting legal experts

PANJIM, JULY 30 Governor S C Jamir was consulting legal experts to
study the manner in which the Assembly proceedings were conducted on
Monday, hours after Digambar Kamat won the vote of confidence.
The BJP-led Goa Democratic Alliance called on the Governor twice to
protest Speaker Pratapsing Rane's conduct in the Assembly. On the
other hand, Chief Minister Digambar Kamat along with his colleagues
called on Jamir explaining in detail the proceedings saying the rules
were strictly followed.
The Governor is carefully studying the matter and is expected to
submit his report to President of India on Tuesday, a source said
