Panaji, Apr 25: Two decades after hunting endangered wild frog species
was declared illegal, wildlife activists are priming a campaign to
have the ban seriously implemented this year.
I hate to be a stickler for proper English, but one
doesn't hunt frogs, they are not big-game, nor does
one slaughter frogs, as in a slaughter-house, one
simply harvests frogs. I wish journalists in Goa
would deliver some semblance of respectable English.
