Among Goa Arts + Literary Festival 2014's many highlights was the presence and many positive contributions of Edwin Thumboo, who virtually daily asked me again why his old friend Peter Nazareth could not be persuaded to join.
He delivered a great Inaugural address, and was a hot favourite of the Goa media.
