RE: SOUL Delegation meets with Ms Priya Dutt, Member of Parliament today,
January 11 and submits a memorandum.
Ms Dutt assures the delegation that she will take up the issues with the
Chief Minister and seek his intervention to sort them out.

Permanently withdraw notices of acquisition to!!!!
· St. Joseph High School Grounds, Kandivali
· Our Lady of Assumption Church, Kandivali
· St Anthony's Church Malwani, and
Allot Land for the Cemetery on the Eastern side of the Western Suburbs.
A Delegation of "Save Our Land"- Committee [SOUL] met with Ms Priya Dutt,
Member of Parliament today, January 11 to discuss the above issues and
submitted a memorandum.
The delegation apprised Ms Dutt that the Christian Community was upset and
restless at the issues not being addressed and sorted out on a priority basis
by the Government and the BMC authorities..
Ms Dutt gave a patient listening and assured the delegation that she would
take up this matter with the Chief Minister to help find a resolution to
these problems.
As part of the continued campaign of agitation, a Morcha has been planned on
Saturday, January 19th on the BMC P / North Ward. The Morcha will begin at
9.30 p.m. from Holy Cross, Asmita Jyoti Society, Marve Road and terminate at
BMC P/North Ward Office, Malad West.
