To Goanet - Dear Valmiki, Digu was forced to act on SEZs because the people of Goa put a gun to his head and told him to do so. Digu correctly calculated that it may work to his longer term political advantage, too. Hardly the good Samaritan or the picture of probity you paint him out to be.
