It is very intriguing how most media report that Diatom test rules out murder
of Fr. Bismarque. Diatom test only rules out murder taken place elsewhere or in
other waters and then body dumped in the waters where the body is found.
Suprintendent of police K. Kashyap had stated exactly this when he gave a press
statement, but press only printed the first half of the statement giving it an
entirely different meaning.
With the GMC giving a final verdict on the cause of death as drowning too, does
not rule out murder. It is still not confirmed whether he got drowned or was
forced to drown.
There are many holes into police investigation which is evidently shoddy. The
autopsy and viscera analysis rules out that Fr. Bismarque consumed beer, or
that he was on anti-depressant medication. It is also on record the statement
by the two boys that they consumed 2 cartons of beer, most of which they said
Fr. Bismarque consumed. It is also on record that the police attached the empty
beer bottles. Now the answer to the murder lies in WHO consumed the two cartons
of beer.
