I am an annual subscriber to the service provider, Inquired first by emails about monthly , quarterly, half yearly and yearly charges for Channels Ten Spors, Sonny Six ESPN that would broadcast soccer world cup 2014, The message was Rs 230 sony Six semi and annual Rs 440 annual Ten sports Rs230= half yearly and Rs 360 annually .Accordingly I paid Rs 590 .for sonny six and ten sports The reference to ESPN was ignored totally . Again email said that Ten sports and Sony Six are only for annual subscription. After constant emails, failed messages on 56633 SR And 56633, SOSI Call to customer care phone Ten sports was activated after 4 days of continuous inquiries. I now understands that TEN SPORTS does broadcast soccer world cup 2014 and in that I am deceived
Once again I paid Rs 200 = with the balance of Rs 242.10 on 9/6/2014 . In the new email message it said that annual charge for SONY SIXs is now Rs480= and only monthly recharge is done at Rs 40= The add on Tat Sky still advertises Rs 37 p.m to subscribe for Sonny Six , without any mention of mode of recharging. Once again the same irritation , annoyance of contacting, SMS and Phone to customer care with no effect ,at activation of SONY SIX till the balance is in deposit of Rs 442.10 is exhausted , assuring of further renewal if desired .The amount of add on, of less than Rs 100= is also not accepted The agent only forwards charges without purpose., Emails promptly communicate the Receipt but just sits on without activation, The agent must communicate the purpose or the customer care immediately inquire about it and forward to the respective Department for activation of add on paid for, Customer care call must be direct for the help required The customer care service is not people friendly calling for pressing of various numbers. Instead it should ask for exact help. The add on procedure is so cumbersome that ordinary subscriber not familiar with new procedure is put to difficulty, The agent washes hands once the contribution is paid adding that all calls/ inquiries must be made only on personal phone. What if one does not have a mobile? Irritation, annoyance, trouble to the subscriber must be swift and easy.
