I have never heard that Frank Moraes came under Fr. Heras' influence. I know for sure that George Mark Moraes was student of Fr. Heras. If I remember correctly as a student GM Moraes was part of the archaeological team that went to Chandor. And Frank's sister. Theresa. was influenced by GM Moraes.
