News focuses on the negatives. Inspite of this, many people I know would still continue to opt to live in Goa. We should perhaps stop being obsessed with what our politicians do (or can't do).Instead let's look at what so many other segments of Goa (despite the handicaps) are managing to do. And,

Currently in Goa (Oct 18, 2009)... *** No Water *** Residents of Porvorim had to celebrate Diwali without water on Saturday. According to the residents, there was no water supply to Porvorim for two consecutive days on October 17 and 18. The residents were forced to hire water tankers
