The public must know if (a) the incidence of road accidents in Goa has decreased and (b) if yes, if the decrease had anything to do with activities of this so-called 'NGO.' We need numbers, not handwaving. This way a determination can be made if Goans have gotten any bang >for their buck. Instead of just asking questions --- and surely the moneys are accounted for and I have responded about that on this forum --- if you have the guts, fix Goa's road problems. No one prevents you from solving Goa's road problems. Dont just put down others who are trying to do something inspite of their advancing age.
