Gobo supports https in svn just fine. Unfortunately the version of
SVN that's shipped with 014...17, haven't installed 22 yet, has an
issue with the Neon library which disables https. So the solution is
recompile! :) It works after you take care of all the supporting
libraries.

Last time I tried, it didn't. Was most annoying -- I had to reconfigure
my web server to allow access via HTTP as well as HTTPS. I didn't link
