I saw that when symlinkg a program is used the readlink tool to get the
original file, why is this require instead of symlink to files directly?
With this scheme you are unable to RemoveProgram when it is installed
out of /Programs. Example:
/Programs/Foo/Ver -> /Depot/Programs/Foo/Ver
/Programs/F
