I am going to start packaging some libraries of the list. To avoid working on
the same package by mistake, I refreshed the list, adding the name of the
person who actually is working on it.

I also forgotten to say that it would be useful to have such libraries
in EPEL7 too, because I would like to release bettercap also for
enterprise distributions.
Once we will finish to review all the libraries, I will take care of any
EPEL7 missing branch
