Thank you for letting me know. The error actually says contact the owner of the file and tells me what to tell them. Seeing as how that owner is Google I am not sure how to do that. I think this may be more trouble than it is worth. I do not think it is something I will share with my school distric

You should investigate how many instances each of your applications used in March and compare that with the amount in April. If you changed your applications' scaling settings it would have directly affected instance count, and in turn the amount of instance hours you use. It is also recommend
