[google-appengine] Is it possible for googleplex GAE to detect access from googleGuestWIFI and redirect to a custom page

I have a GAE under googleplex. If accessing from googleGuest WIFI, server not available error page is shown. Server not reachable is desired behavior. But, I want to have a custom user friendly page that gives procedure to access the server. Where/How I can configure such custom behavior? --
