[google-appengine] GPE cannot be downloaded

Hi, On Eclipse 4.2.1(which updated), I *cannot download* anything from 'http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2' with below error popup "Communication with repository at http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2failed. Communication with repository at http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2failed.
