For the past hour I've observed connectivity issues across a large sampling 
of Comcast connections to some high profile Google IPs that used for custom 
domains on Blogger and Google App Engine. These are:

216.239.32.21
216.239.38.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21

Seems to only affect traffic - ICMP and web - towards Google, we can ping 
on the return path from GAE to Comcast.

Traceroutes drop early in Comcast's network at some sort of regional POP 
level.
