[google-appengine] Redirect requirement for Blobstore Upload Handler.

Why is there a requirement to respond with a 30x redirect in uploadhandler when using blobstore? It makes form handling pesky when there are other fields along with file upload. Makes it hard to show form errors if any without a page refresh / multiple http requests for each form submission. Any "
