This is how our server errors increased suddenly yesterday with no change
on our side.

We are suddenly getting a lot of these type of errors on services that have
not changed recently.
Is anyone else experiencing similar errors.

When I download a 83kb file from cloud storage it takes between 5 and 12
seconds where from my local machine it takes between 2 and 5 seconds.
My cloudSQL inserts are also much slower than when tested from another
server to CloudSQL so it seems to be related.
