I've uploaded a new SSL certificate via https:

because the old certificate is about to expire.
I've enabled the new certificate for my app by entering in 'Edit
certificate' and then selecting 'Enable SSL f
I'm using a mac and I'm having the same problem. I reverted to 1.8.0 and
channels are working again.
