[google-appengine] Content-type won't change when deployed

od the response is correctly constructed with the content-type above and processed by the client correctly. Once deployed on GAE it breaks because the client receieves a response with content-type = text/html. I inserted System.outs throughout the code and the content=type is correct. Thanks, PG -
