Thanks to whoever reset the channel hours used. It's allowed all my
clients to be back online with notifications.

Hmm, after this occurrence where my channel clients kept trying to
reconnect, now my channels hours usage skyrocketed past the limit.

side software tries to establish a channel:

Thanks for the link Michael, I agree it does appear that a breaking change
happened. And in my case I have an in limbo "do.not.re...@customdomain.ca"
that I can't use and can't clean up. Disappointing that this broke without
warning. I hope things are stable now.
