I have 6 applications on google appengine. So I have install applications before. I am attempting to upload my third application to stetzkorn3.appspot.com. I was able to login to the console and create the application name: stetzkorn3. When I go to upload my new application I am told I don't have permissions. But I do.
I am missing something. I do have two google gmail accounts. One I use for my company email and the other for developing application. Could this be a problem? This is very frustrating.
