So at around midnight my app is now error-ing out something like a third of all requests with: A problem was encountered with the process that handled this request, causing it to exit. This is likely to cause a new process to be used for the next request to your application. (Error code 121)

I'm seeing the same thing. :( It's been 6 hours now of latency averaging over 3 seconds when usually it's 300 milliseconds. The app engine status says everything is okay and there are no latency problems. I really hope someone is investigating this, some functionality of my app is broken
