I have a paid app setup on the US app engine. When I try to start 20 or more manual-scale instances, I get this error: "Error: ApplicationError: 3 The number of instances must be less than 20".
According to the very bottom of https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/python/modules/ page, the 20 instance limit only applies to "free apps". The limit for paid apps in the US is 200. As I don't subscribe to a gae support package, I'm not sure how to address this issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
