I have installed 1.7.7.
I have read through the document.
The document gives us hope, because as of now PyDev debugging (setting a
breakpoint in the app code) does not work.
I have tried to implement the document, and so far I can connect remote
debugger to the instance and see
I have new server working for me on windows 7 32bit running in a VMWare
virual machine, hosted by windows 7 64 bit.
I use 1.7.7, not 1.7.6
If you can send me a synthetic test of your problem I'll try and run on my
environment

I has been having this issue for a while and I spoke with Bezeq
International rep 5 times last week.
It only happens in Bezeqint, does not happen on Netvision.
They know about this issue and are working to resolve.
I am going to give them last chance today, else I switch to Netvision.
By the way someone told me using https solves the problem.
If you can live with https calls, it should be ok
