How can I decode post data that contains spaces ?, Right now I am
seeing %20 in the place of spaces. Is there a builtin mehtod to do
this ?

I have been learning and writing appengine based facebook apps. The
problem is you have to upload your code using appcfg every time you
make a small modification. And today I ran out of quota of using
appcfg. Its would be great if google loosens the restriction on
appcfg.py usage.
