[google-appengine] I want to develop a application in google app

Hiii All, I have developed a application with python, cherrypy, html and postgres. I want to develop that application in facebook using google app engine how can i do that? i have seen various docs but cannot get full info how to do that? how to connect the facebook server to my localhost?
