1. Can't change the Maximum Daily Budget. 2. Can't add Billing Administrators. 3. Transaction History, Billing Profile and Billing Settings give the following error message: "We apologize for the inconvenience - our engineers have been notified of this problem and are working to resolve it. Please try again later."
