Hi all
We have multiple independent AppEngine apps that are not responsive anymore.
The logs show:
*The request failed because the instance could not start successfully*
We didn't do any releases.
An example of a failing app is https://airconsole.appspot.com/ (

My application was down for 23 minutes this afternoon.
When going to the app it just stated / not found on this server. There
were no instances showing in the dashboard.
Now my always on instances are missing. And my monitoring is showing
extremely high latency (like 15second response time).
HI Aaron,
The recommended way to report this kind of failure is to fill a
production issue here:
http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/entry?template=Production%20issue
And to also provide application id.
Hope that helps.

None of my cron-initiated requests were triggered from about 12:33 AM

In the last half hour:
- 78% error rate
- Average request latency 15000ms
- Dashboard difficult to view without 500 errors, Appstats
inaccessible...
This is getting rediculous now...
