Are certain countries banned from using applications running on GAE? One of our users said they got the following message when they tried to access our app:
ForbiddenYour client does not have permission to get URL / from this server. (Client IP address: 88.86.31.163) You are accessing this page from a forbidden country. "Terms of Service" doesn't seem to mention any countries not allowed to access GAE applications. But then, it's more an agreement between the developer and Google.
