One way to reset it:
1) pause the queue where the tasks are running, flush the queue,
resume the queue.
2) use the datastore viewer to remove the related entities (you'll
recognize them in the kind list)

I'm deleting all entities from a new app using the datastore admin
page. It has been stuck with a status of "Active (9 steps completed, 5
active)" for several hours now.
Can someone from Google please reset it, or tell me what I need to do
to reset it?
