I'm seeing harddeadline exceptions everywhere on my app and it is expected
considering not more than 30 instances are spun currently. On any given hour
my app has 60 - 100 instances. Can someone from the appengine team please
have a look at this?

When your app is down and your hair is on fire, you tend to need immediate
attention. The fact that we cannot do anything to bring our apps back up
when GAE goes down puts more responsibility on the GAE team to be responsiv
I totally agree; sitting, waiting, and hoping is never a good feeling.
Last I knew, production issues did get attention pretty fast.

Fast response to production issues has never been my experience. I would be
lucky to get a response the same day sometimes.
