Hello, We have an App Engine application that in some endpoints call another endpoint in another cloud. Since this morning 1 on 5 requests to this other cloud is failling due to very high latency that results in timeout (more than 15 seconds to connect). The other request works fine (under 700 ms). Does anyone else is having network issue from europe-west3 region to external services ?
