The use of "a" instead of "www" made me wonder if it's possible to set
up things so that b.tinythread.com also works.

In short, can one set up multiple custom subdomains for a given App
Engine application?  For example, could the owner of tinythread.com
and tinythread.appspot.com have set things up so that
a.tinythread.com, b.tinythread.com, ..., many.tinythread.com all use
tinythread.appspot.com ?

I suppose that someone else might be interested in whether one can use
a different app engine application for different custom subdomains.
