[google-appengine] Naked Domain Question

Right now I have godaddy redirecting the naked mydomain.com to www.mydomain.com. Since I didn't want to run all my traffic thru godaddy's servers, it is not set up as a masquerade, and users actually see www in their address bar. If I instead have google apps do it, as described here:
