I'd recommend you check your network environment and set up the correct
proxy servers in your Eclipse onfiguration.

Hi Developers,
I am new to app engine and try to setup my eclipse to use it. I am using
Eclipse "Europa" and trying to install google app engine plugin.
I get network error.
Please let me know which version of eclipse works best with google app
engine plugin.
