Please help. I have spent the past week learning Python and reading all the App Engine documentation and viewing all of the videos, now I want to upload an app and get started, but I do not receive an Authentication Code via SMS when I enter my mobile number and specify my carrier. I am entering everything correctly. I have re-tried several times. I need an alternative way to establish an account since this isn't working. What am I doing wrong or who can I contact at Google to resolve this issue?
