I am running into an issue where push-to-deploy doesn't seem to be recognizing file changes nor deploying. I've made a few changes to a couple of source files, committed them, and pushed them to the cloud repo. The subsequent command line output indicates that the push was successful. However this release does not appear in the Developers Console, and the current instance is still the release prior to the one I just pushed. A git diff between my origin repo and the cloud repo even displays the file changes, yet if I try to release the pipeline again, git tells me Everything up-to-date. How do I go about debugging this problem?
