Yes and it's working now. But before that, when I went to
appengine.google.com/a/olh.me, every link for the dashboard, from the
apps listed in the My Applications list, was redirecting to /start.

Though I haven't tried logging in to that Google Apps before, I tried
it after reading your reply and my apps are listed there.
It seems GAE are authenticating email address instead of actual Google
accounts. It's clearly a bug.
In addition, I can't log in

Same case happened me. I have a Google Account with ID same as my Apps
account ID. I shared an app form my gmail id to my app id (google account)
but after accepting the invitation app didn't appear in the account instead
page redirected to /start page. Later when I logged in using my apps account
