I got the same issue.
Your application is exceeding a quota: Datastore Indices Count.
This error have remained for 3 days even after I vacuumed some
indexes.
Could you help me with this? I found the same discussion about this
eariler.
Is there any way I can fix or avoid this by myself?
You can delete a version of your application in the admin console.
You only included part of the error message, but it looks like it is
telling you to run appcfg again with an update_indexes option.

This was an issue with your datastore indexes count. I have reset this
